The Foundations
1979
My parents moved from Punjab to the UK. Growing up as one of the very few Asian families in our community, I learned early on how to navigate different worlds, build connections, and understand people deeply.
1992
We moved back to Punjab. This profound cultural shift taught me resilience, adaptability, and the true meaning of community. It instilled an appreciation for how entirely different environments shape the human experience.
1996
Returning to the UK marked a commitment to my future. I returned to education with a newfound clarity, eventually earning a BA in International Business Management and an MSc in Air Transport Management.
Family is where the journey begins.

Early in 2026, a corporate restructuring ended my time at Hayes & Jarvis. It was the closing of a profound chapter, but it catalyzed something entirely new.
