These Terms and Conditions govern all bespoke travel planning and bookings arranged by Jazz Travel Atelier Ltd (“Jazz Travel”, “we”, “us”). By booking a journey with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Financial Protection & Regulatory Compliance

Jazz Travel is part of Jazz Travel Atelier Ltd. All client deposits and flight-inclusive travel arrangements operate under full UK regulatory compliance and financial protection. We are a Member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA Member X2707), providing 100% financial protection for all client monies.

Bespoke Compositions & Bookings

Every itinerary designed by Jazz Travel is a unique composition created to match your individual tempo. Quotations are provided based on live supplier availability and are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

Payments & Cancellations

Payment schedules and cancellation terms are clearly detailed in your private booking proposal prior to confirmation. Due to the exclusive and bespoke nature of luxury accommodations and private charters, supplier cancellation terms apply.

Insurance

It is a condition of booking that all travelers possess comprehensive travel, medical, and cancellation insurance adequate for their destination and journey profile.
